Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every bottle of Shedless. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your original order date. No fine print, no return shipping fees on opened product, no awkward questions — just email us and we'll take care of it.
The guarantee reflects our confidence in the product; it is not a promise of any specific result. As noted in our Terms of Service, dietary supplement outcomes vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, email hello@thenumi.co with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We read every single one of these — your feedback helps us make the product better.
Once we approve your request:
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund the order in full.
- If your order has shipped, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to return opened product — keep using it, gift it, or recycle the bottle.
- If your order is unopened and you'd like to return it, we'll provide a return label. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Orders
If you are a subscriber and want a refund on a recent subscription shipment, the 60-day guarantee applies to each shipment individually, measured from the date that shipment was charged. To prevent future shipments, please also cancel or pause your subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing us — refunds and subscription status are managed separately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thenumi.co with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate it, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Exclusions & Limits
The 60-day money-back guarantee covers product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged). Gift cards, promotional credits, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for refund.
The guarantee is intended for genuine, good-faith use. It is limited to a reasonable quantity per customer and household, and we reserve the right to decline a refund request, or to limit future purchases, where we identify repeated or excessive refund activity, or use of the guarantee in a manner we determine to be abusive or fraudulent.
